How To Submit A Return:

Before submitting a request, please see our returns policy here.

  1. Click here to submit a return
  2. Use your order number and email address to access to returns portal.
  3. Select the item/s from your order you wish to return and include the reason for return and any accompany pictures where required.
  4. If you have received an incorrect product please contact our customer service team prior to submitting a request
  5. If the product is faulty, please provide clear images of the fault in your request.
  6. Once your request has been received it will be authorised by our customer service team and instructions on how to return your item will be in the follow up email.

    Frequently Asked Questions:

    Can I drop off my return in person?
    Unfortunately, our returns department is not accessible to the public. All returns will need to be posted back to us.

    Have you received my return?
    Once we have received your return you will be notified. Returns can take up to 3-5 business days to be processed once delivered. During and after heavy sale periods there may be minor delays in processing returns due to the high volume.  

    Can I exchange?
    Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate exchanges. If you wish to purchase an alternative size, we recommend either requesting a store credit or placing a new order for the correct size.

    Please note we do not cover return postage for change-of-mind purchases. Store credits can not be used in conjunction with other discount codes and are not applicable to shipping costs.
