We try our best to accept all items returned to us, however, please observe our policy as follows:
All full-price purchases are eligible for a store credit or refund. This includes the use of Welcome Codes.
Discounted, sale, charity or purchases made with a promotional discount code or store credit are not eligible for refunds. You can return sale items, excluding final sale, for a store credit equal to the purchase value of the returned item.Â
Store Credits are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and are valid for 3 months from the date issued. Store credits are delivered via the email address provided on the original order. They can not be used in conjunction with free shipping thresholds or other promotional codes.
Faulty product returns are submitted via the returns portal and require clear pictures of the fault for approval prior to returning the item. Request approval is for the return only and is not an official assessment. Items may still be approved or rejected after being assessed. Return postage can be reimbursed only if an item is assessed as genuinely faulty by our returns team. We require a proof of purchase receipt from the post office. The maximum reimbursement is $15AUD for return postage
'Not as described' - if you believe the item you received is not as depicted or described on the website please contact customer service at: hello@skwosh.com.au and provide clear pictures of the item you received to verify the miss-match or alternatively, you can submit a faulty return request via our returns portal.Â
We do our best to provide accurate imagery, swatch close-ups, sizing guides, and description information for all our products to show the style, fit, colour, and fabrication. However, different screen, monitor, and display settings can alter the appearance of colours and slight shade variations are to be expected and do not constitute a miss-match. All products are viewed physically by us before being listed online to assure their accuracy. Â
Final Sale - products marked as final sale can only be returned if faulty.
Mystery Packs are final sale items and can only be returned if faulty.
All mystery pack products have this disclaimer in their product descriptions. Please choose carefully and refer to the size guide provided. Individual items from mystery bundles can not be exchanged.
Due to hygiene reasons, socks are not eligible for return unless faulty. All sock products have this disclaimer in their product descriptions.
Returns are not accepted in person and must be posted. Our Head Office & Returns department is not open to the public. Once received, returns may take up to 3-5 business days to be processed. This time frame may vary for Public Holidays and special events.
Orders must be returned to us within 30 business days from the date of purchase (as indicated on your invoice). Returns outside this period can not be accepted through the returns portal unless the order is subject to an extended returns time frame.
Items must be returned in their original condition including the packaging and tags. This means the garments must – be unworn & unwashed, have all tags & packaging, and labels plus hygiene labels attached and have no makeup stains, fur/hair present or strong odours.
Returns posted to the incorrect location are not the responsibility of Skwosh. Please only send it to the location on the returns approval email. Parcels received without return information and instructions will be returned to the sender.Â
We recommend purchasing tracking or using prepaid postage bag with tracking for returns. We are not responsible for items lost in the post or damaged during transit. Orders placed with one of our stockists must be returned via the stockist.
We do not cover the cost of the return shipping for change-of-mind purchases. We recommended using a shipping service with tracking as Skwosh is not liable for any packages lost in transit. All items are inspected by our staff upon arrival.
E-Gift Cards and gift boxes are non-refundable.
Refunds can take up to 48 hours to process. Reversal payments are made via the original payment method. If you haven’t received a refund yet and you have been notified that a refund has been processed please:
- Check that it has been a full 48 hours
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your bank about pending funds
